Dr Keene is very easy to work with. She does her own consults. She also participates in all aspects of the actual surgery, which is rare in a hair transplant. Usually only the techs do the actual insertion of the grafts; Dr Keene is there every step of the way.
Dr Keene and her staff are also very easy to communicate with; if I ever had a question, concern, both before and after surgery — they always replied via phone or email very promptly. Even the front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the process (scheduling, surgery, payment, follow up, prescriptions).
I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering a hair transplant!”
